Could you update this mod? It should be fully functioning anyways but it's always good to clear out such things.

You can do that by choosing the blindfold as apparel for their ideology, that way most of them will wear it.

I didn't set this setting as default, as it makes the raids more easier as even the ones with eyes can't see well.

@Yoann, this mod gives good usage to this meme that would otherwise be gathering dust unless the player chooses to use it, thank you for it.

Using it with other mods that help blindsight also makes the raids more menacing, but I noticed of the raiders spawning with eyes, they all have negative moodlets due not having blindfolds.

I suggest having raiders with eyes always have blindfolds spawn as part of their gear.
