Report a translation problem
The mods it might be breaking with are OWB - Sonora Blues and OWB Puppet Name + .
But if you head to the submod directory (I believe you can do this via the Paradox Launcher) then to "common/autonomous_states" and open all txt files in a txt editor all you need to do is paste "use_overlord_color = yes" under the puppet ID, then open the game again, you should see that the puppets are the same color now.
Bear in mind that any future updates to the submod may or may not overwrite your changes, so make sure to make those files read-only unless you don't mind changing it each time.
