Report a translation problem
Except that there are. There are new policy cards (Harvest Calendar and Early Exploration, for example) and at least one civ (that I found - Nzinga) with one extra Economic Policy slot.
These changes are not present in the Google Sheets linked in the original mod's page.
your mod has been translated by Phyrax into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.
I will also be updating the main Civilizations Expanded mod.

It's still stuck on Rulers of China update.
Right now, it doesn't even work correctly like it should (I fought in a dark age against an enemy in a normal age and didn't get the combat bonus) and even if it would work, it's still so situational
Sun Tzu's "Art of War" great work technically isn't a charge, so it doesn't grant an additional one.
Last one, the one that makes a Great Work... Art of War, does we get 2 Arts of War? lol
Those are all the ones that aren't tried to promotions, formations, envoy, and instant units...
