Hey DerZäpp, did you enable the tree anarchy mod? This is needed because of the high tree count on the map that surpases the limit that cities skylines allows on a map. Could be that your game doens't load any trees if this mod is not enabled because of the limit

hi, so somehow the trees dont load even though I am subscribed to all of the vegetation in the map list. Would you by any chance know what could be happening? thx :)

Never tried to export PO but i'm sure there is a tecnique. Probably you don't need to use Move IT but the Procedural Object mod...there must be an option.

@ilcicci1983 as for the mods, I didn't need to change them. everything was fine, I marked the whole section, then I had it exported. but in my game, when I use import, nothing happens. nothing is imported for me. what else should I try? don't you have an idea?

@ilcicci1983 i tried it. unfortunately I did not succeed. is it possible that export and import would not work with PO? or am I missing the right glasses? of course I subscribed to the ones mentioned in your collection. mossy gray modular and sandy gray modular. these two? I can't explain it. the only thing that comes to mind is that the export does not work when the object is PO.

the collection is old, some mods are outdated and replaced by newer one (tree anarcchy and prop anarchy mod). If you are interested in loading the map correctly then you need to clear your mod, sub the collection and then follow the guide to transition to the new anarchy mod. But if you only want the mountain probably you can try to load it without changing mod etc (but trees and prop probably disapear)

@ilcicci1983 thank you for the answer. yes, that's exactly how I'll try to do it. I'm going to try it right away. this is a technical question. to correctly load your map, you must be logged in to subscribe to the map and rocks. is that so or do I have to add the entire collection?

@slavonator, it's not an asset. It's dozen of greyflame rocks...converted into Procedural Object and then deformed etc...I can't upload the asset on the workshop. But you can subscribe the map and the collection. Load the map. Select the whole group of rocks forming the mountain and exporting it with move it or Procedural Object. Then import it in your map (you must have subbed the greyflame rocks also for your map)

@ilcicci1983 hi mate.I also wrote to you about your low poly trees, but you didn't reply. I'll try to write here again, because I'm talking about this map. I really have to have these rocks. they are incredible. but it is not in my power to create them using PO. I subscribed to all your rocks but I can't do it. please, give me some info, how would I be able to create something like this already on my map, on which I have a city to play? or even better would you be willing to upload the whole finished rock as an asset here for the workshop? I would very much like to pay your attention to paypal if you could somehow make them for me. please try to write me if it would be possible

Curious how you bypassed the vanilla world height limit for the mountains.

I have been wanting to make a map of my hometown and its beautiful valley but haven't been able to figure out the scaling.

you nedd to subscribe the rock pack in the collection. you need to check if you have the option "load only used asset" in LSM, becouse they are Procedrual Object and LSM don't recognize them as used. If enabled doesn't load them

They are Procedural objects grass textures. Probably grouped togheter. Open procedural object find that group and you can delete them

I'm having a issue with the main entrance roundabout. I want to change it however when I got to change the one ramps there's this weird grass texture rectangle that does not move with terrain and I can't demolish it. It means that I can basically never change the intersection with out having a floating green rectangle visible. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

No becouse as you seen in the screenshot i'm actually using it. If you have all the mods i nthat list, probably you also have some mods that are in conflict with that list. Use compatibility report mod and read the log, it will tell you if you have some mod conflict

The linked collection is old. you need to update the mods with the current updated mods. The current mod list is in the screenshot. You need to do a bit of research. Can't update the mod collection every time some mods change

installed all the mods/collections, opened the map and everything is just flat, got tons of errors then crashes, im running 32gb ram with an i7

in the screenshots there is my actual mod list. You have a mod problem. That list work fine. you can load the map even without some mods in that list (no big truck, life cycle rebalance ...ecc...) but for gamplay i raccomend that list

I had that bugged outside train connection problem also, and was told to make the outside connection start at about 2 sections long, with the switch at the end. No longer than 2 sections though. It gives the trains more room to maneuver. That fixed it for me.

I don't know what to say. I played many many many hours on CSL with all kinds of mods and maps and assets.

I never make comments. But this is the greatest CSL map of all time. It's actually beautiful. Congratulations.

This is probably the best map from the workshop I have ever played. I've been playing CS since it's release and always made my own maps (never published any of them though).
Most maps I have played that were made by other players lacked realism regarding terrain, or were just plain ugly to look at, which is why I have always made my own.
I just downloaded this one and I have to say, really amazing work, the amount of detail is incredible (terrain, networks, decals, etc.).

I had the same problem. Use node controller and enlarge that node that in orgin it's a middle node. make it custom and larger. that would help a lot

I have a problem where the train outside connections are getting bugged, because of the last node where the trains are crossing eachother sometimes. This results in trains getting frozen and won't spawn / despawn because they are blocking eachother. Any tips or mods that could help?

Thanks. I did not know that, and so I had users download and import the POs into a map that I made. I didn't see that stated anywhere in the PO notes/wiki, etc..

Of course they are saved in the map and in your savgame. In order to export PO in other map you have to use the procedural object tool (no, move it export doesn't work for PO) . Then you can export them in other maps/savegames

Are procedural objects saved in the game? (in the .crp file?) I thought you had to export them, and then import them into a map.

They are procedural object. Select them with PO and then you can delete them
