Yeah, I assume the model just is the way it is. I wonder how folks assign skill points when it's so big? Also, just to confirm, i'm looking for the file XcomPlayableSectopod.ini? I ask because using the explorer search feature returns no results when searching the pc. I've also deleted, unsubscribed, resubscribed and it doesn't appear to see that file.

Ah, that's fantastic! I'll go in and adjust the ini file. Also, I noticed some of the weapon text was missing. Are there actually two weapons? I couldn't tell which I was firing. Or is it based on what unit you're targeting? Also, is it possible to hide the model in the Armory? It's such a behemoth that it covers the unit menus.

You can make the unit climb walls now (it's a boolean in the XcomPlayableSectopod.ini file)

If you do, the unit get a clone of "Overdrive" with Wrecking Ball (so that they can destroy walls still)

Just raided a blacksite and realize the fixed extract was on a third floor roof. Can't extract the Sectopod so I'm going to have to completely replay this mission.

So, I have not idea if this is awesome or not because my LZ was on a raised bit of rock and the Sectopod can't climb down. I'm going to try and reload the mission to see if I can get a different LZ But if it can't get up or down levels, that's going to be a problem.

The bug for the wrathcannon should be fixed (need a new unit / rebuilding)

Intimidate is the same as vanilla

Take your time. But i have some more feedback..

Fist off, can you add teleport prebuild ability? Sectopod really needs relocation ability like the other large units.

And how intimidate passive works? All sectopod's attempts to scare attackers off failed to inflict panic

... And i just realized that "missing" abilities are free slots for extra abilities to set from respec menu

I use alternative mod launcher to manage mods, which thanks to it i can update, reinstall, unsub/resub and even run vanilla mods.

And i installed this mod right after recent update

So sectopod's character info doesn't freeze the game anymore, but it has abilities with missing friendly name (they're broken and can't be played)

The sectopod cannot cannot climb thus it cannot reach the extraction point on top of a building. The sectopod needs some sort of auto-evac function an ability to fly/teleport. Also performance issues when the sectopod moves.

Mod looks fun but completely fucks my xcom performance for some reason. maybe because it doesn't work with Musashis rpg mod or something.

the unit seems a big to huge for the character screen lol
plus it seems to have access to all of the character customization parts. was that intended?

On top of this issue, there are multiple places in the sectopod skill tree that say "Missing 'LocFriendlyName' for None" and one icon that says "Placeholder for Initial State". I am not sure what these are but i believe they are the reason i cannot use the wrath cannon at all.

Hey I am having some trouble. The sectopod cannot go up elevation at all. I am in a mission that is in the forest, and in order to go to the extraction point i must go up a small rock face. The sectopod is unable to scale this rock. What am i supposed to do?

Then i'm not sure what the issue is all the sectopod can do is over watch and fire primary weapons when i check them in the armory there are 3 "Missing 'LocFriendlyName' for 'none'

The mod is updated on Steam, you shouldn't have to do anything
