Seems we have the same concept about the ground battles in Stellaris, the mechanic is too poor to represent the true planetary invasion by the force of ships and giant armies XD

I hope devs in stellaris improve the ground combat someday with something more realisitc than "colour balls" fighting others in a abstract battle in a simple screen.
