Step 1: Download this!

Step 2: Download the addon Lethal Necrotics Reanimated: Half-Life 2.

Step 3: Launch your Garry's Mod game!

Step 4: Open the file that says "LNR Misc" in the NPC spawn menu.

Step 5: Click the icon that says "Random Misc Zombie", which will spawn one random zombie SNPC based on the playermodels you've downloaded.

Final result: You get, if you're (un)lucky.... ZOINKS!! A Zombie Saint Charlos SNPC! Fill this unholy undead abomination with lead (or, whatever weapon you choose) or you're dead....
