Hit subscribe, then in sandbox mode you press Q to go in your prop spaw nmenu, and scroll down to "Addons" from there you can spawn all the models from this prop pack in the list

When it came to mods to Gmod, its rare that something isn't coming from a game so when I saw "Slop & Slime" my mind immediately went "is this a game?" and when the second screenshot came around and I saw how close they resembled TF2's own assets I went "this might get some issues down the line if so" the video made it more clear that their for a map inside of TF2 which made me remember that Valve has allowed custom assets of their own assets before with the Asian themed maps (I forget their names) having lockers with sliding doors instead of the usual doors.

These models were all made by me, including remaking some TF2 ones from scratch, and are not from any game.

The models resembling the TF2 assets was intentional, as this pack was used in a map I made for TF2 that uses all of these props.

I guess I will take it as a compliment, that you mistook these models for being from a game.

Am I wrong to be concerned that the game these models are from might get a DMCA because of how much all the assets pretty much resemble the assets in TF2 just in a more cartoon style like Bendy & the ink machine, unless that was the intentional choice to make them distinct enough between the two.
