-50% firing speed (That's why the +100% upgrade speed buff is here)

Sentry is replaced by Arbalest Sentry, which fires arrows similar to the Crusader's Crossbow

-Arrows have a chance to miss, as opposed to the normal ''Aimbot'' Sentry.

based on your description I assume this is an engie weapon correct? this is what I would give it:
3x range of normal wrench
10% more damage dealt with weapon
no random crits
10% slower fire rate
