I'm not quite sure thanks to the Pirates Ahoy integration it has, which if I recall is a total overhaul mod for pirates? Though I really wouldn't know, I don't use it and have not launched the game other than to make a few fixes since before the big update.

It's difficulty based. Same as vanilla. Increase the difficulty or get further into the campaign if it's campaign.

Hello i have noticed and issue with this mod
Yeah so i only get the EUROPALINES shuttle and no other enemy submarine apears for the separatists

The way they are set up (as created by the original creator of the Gato, which I have not altered afaik) are that the medical compartments are purely cosmetic, non interactable and unfilled containers that hide very small 'large steel cabinets' behind them, which is actually where the items are stored. Nothing should spawn in them as they are set to be unfilled, and have no wreck-related tags. Having spawned inside the wreck in the editor and checked the 'cosmetic' containers, I don't see any discrepancies with the 'decon' cabinet, though upon further inspection the odd 'disposal' system the gato has seems to be the culprit. Both the invisible secure cabinet and the medical compartment acting as a cosmetic garbage chute were non-interactible and set to auto fill (likely as an oversight by the original creator, or me during my 3am bender making these). I'm pushing an update now that should fix this.

My apologies, I meant the wrecked Gato. I do not know most of these subs and after checking them all I thought it was the one above the Gato in your list, being the Kaiser.

Either way, the issue seems to me to be whatever is going on at the bottom/under the sub, in the "Engineering" hull. Either it was the medical compartment on top of the deconstructur or the secure cabinet that is linked to the decon.
Either way, both should probably not be set to "auto fill" with the latter maybe even being able to be removed as it seems to be an automated storage solution that is obsolete in a wreck.

Upon further inspection I can't find what you are talking about. All three containers in the reactor room were interactable upon spawning in. Could you please provide a screenshot of the container in question?

The Kaiser wreck has a medicine cabinet in the reactor room that is non interactable but can spawn loot.
We had a salvage mission and needed to pick up a logbook that spawned inside.
Would be nice if you could have a look at that.

They spawn the same way vanilla ones do. Wrecks will spawn for wreck missions or randomly in later biomes as per vanilla, pirates only in pirate missions. There are a couple new rarer missions added too. Nothing amazing as I'd just started delving into that kind of thing.

There is a bug I am aware of with the split neptune wreck where the right side can desync for players but appear fine to the host. I do not know how to fix this.
