I also want the mod that slows build times, it seems there isn't any mod to achieve that

Yes, it is easily tweakable ! You would have to change the negative value in the mod to a positive one.

Hi, thanks for this mod. I can see why people like it. But I would love to see a mod that does the exact opposite, and slows build times by a turn or two for all factions. Would it be possible to easily tweak this mod to accomplish that?

No, I selected an upgrade to build and it seemed to take the standard amount of time. I will do my best to tinker with it today and see if it works.

It does work, i assume you looked in the construction menu and noticed unchanged construction times, this is a visual bug. It gets fixed after upgrading your settlement or razing a building, nothing i can do about that.

huh, i was not aware of this mechanic, i never looked into nurgle.
I tested and the mod only affects the initial construction time of each cycle building, the cycle timer itself is unnafected.

does this also Cycle buildings that grow?
just a bit worried this will make AI Nurgle really annoying...
