Zen, could you create a mod if it's not difficult and doesn't take much of your time that makes the player stink if he/she doesn't shower, leading to flies swarming the player and making the annoying and audible flies sound that alerts other players of nearby corpses?. We could bathe in the rain, lakes, rivers, sea to clean ourselves.

Im not sure if its me or if its the mod.

With this mod, error 0000005 is displayed after exiting the game, there is no error without the mod, although the mod itself works. Please fix the mod, the mod is very good, but this error is very annoying.

fills the water bottle to barely a quarter full and cannot put more in even after drinking. not sure if thats a bug or intentional

For some reason the launcher doesnt let me load this mod. It searches for the old mod. How do can I fix this?

works with 1.19. One quirk is depending on the item, sometimes you have to scroll to get the touch F to fill. And yeah it has to be raining pretty hard. works with pots, canteeen, water bottle, and gasoline cans that I have tested. No issues. Thanks, Zenarchist. Good stuff.

Try disabling half of the mods and see if the pan works. If not, turn off another half of the remaining ones. If it works - return half of those that you turned off. Etc. This way you will find the conflicting mod.

Its the same for me with the pots. Everthing is fine except the pots on the ground.

Seems like there`s no conflicts with the Pot. Just was not enough rain/overcast.

hard to pinpoint, i use a lot :) i also mod a pot, so it cannot be put in inventory when it contain water.. but that PROBABLY shouldn't be it..

@dmaster that's a fantastic idea and something I want to do, gotta learn how to properly import 3d models + actions into DayZ first which I'm not very experienced at yet.

@Shaggoth that's interesting I'll look into it, it should work regardless of whether the pot is in hands or not. Might be a mod conflict, which mods are you running that have custom actions?

Wringing wet clothes into the pot is probably possible, I'll do some testing when I get time :)

player asked me to give you that idea (you probably had it already but still): when you look at a container with drenched clothes in your hands, squeeze out some water into it.
imo it should be dirty water in that case.. and i personally not so sure anyone would use it. Still here you go :)

for me on ground filling works with everythng except pots, they do work if you carry them tho. is this intentional or some conflict on my side?

Please work on a mod to Catch Rain with a Tarp. I would think it would work with 4 long sticks, 1 tarp, 2 ropes and 1 pot.
