The mod is working fine. Seems like you have been possessed by Tzeentch, should've collected more skulls.

Is it possible to reskin the khorne mortal lords to this as well? I don’t really like how in the base game their helmets are a different color compared to their other armor.

I've looked into doing it for the other chosen but wasn't really satisfied with the results. They just look far too similar to their gods' lords or heros. CA said they will update the doomknight armour though. So maybe in the future I could use their assets to atleast do tzeentch.

As for variants: yeah I would like to see the missing variants added to all the gods. I will do so myself when I have the time. Someone else might do it faster but as long as they use the base variant file this mod will still work for modded units.
