Confirmed the multiple subjugate issue today. Some back logic to why was added in first place: Was no public vassal mod at the time was working I could find, so I tossed it in more for myself than anything. Seems like recent update has borked it tho and that there is now a new enable all diplo mod up and running here:

So made the call now to just remove the option from this mod for sake of compatibility with that mod, and because I just don't have time right now to chase my tail on a db error(my best guess after couple hours as to what is wrong).
However, I was also using the Norsca overhaul and the Beastmen one.
I might have to see which one actually does it.
Aurora, wasn’t seeing that in my test for hotfixes last night, was quick one tho so I’ll take a look for this but yes, it is hard to help at a glance whenever other mods are installed. When troubleshooting myself I always launch a test campaign with just the suspect mod in question enabled to confirm if it’s causing it alone. If it’s not, then I’ll start enabling others I suspect may be conflicting in small batches until I replicate the issue. If it helps.
It also stretches the UI and gives me like 5 times the Vassal/Subjugate option so that I can no longer click on "Occupy".
I do not know if this is because I have other mods enabled alongside this.

This is also compounded by fact, I am burnt out from modding right now, and it is beautiful outside(I live in a place where for 6 months of the year it's -30 celsius and covered in ice...so essentially live in Naggaroth and well...I shouldn't be wasting the summer on a computer tbh). I need a break, both from the game and from modding, I need to be able to enjoy my free time as well as my job is awesome, but super busy and stressful and my free time is at an all time premium.
Apologies, know may be a bummer for a lot of you but yeah...I'm putting a pin in this game for time being. I aim to return, even if the devs fail at fixing up the game by the fall, if only because I at least understand merit of finishing work you've started.
So I know some of you have been excited and patiently waiting for the next update, and I know this is the last thing from me you were hoping to hear: I am taking a hiatus from this game possibly until the fall.
Since 3.1 I have had major performance issues, and the known outstanding list of bugs with vanilla has made it painful to say the least to sort out what is wrong on my end, and what is wrong with the game. I've chased my tail for multiple weekends, and honestly gotten to a point where I am no longer enjoying the game, or modding for it.
"Eh, disregard the disregard. Update finished up quicker than thought, just loaded all my mods, getting no CTD, no issues, campaign loaded fine, end turns are good etc. I'll do an update and detailed look over changes in 3.1 like said over weekend but ya'll should be good to go."
1. Raiding "caravans", jack the caravan system so can send out raiding parties to strike key coastal locations in old world, lustria, cathay, etc.
2. Custom Slave Levy units (how I make the recruiting of them is tbd, for this series of updates think may just add them as recruit-able from slave pens and/or the public order buildings depending of what kind unit it is)
3. Looting of Dawi Zharr mechanics as I see fit and can feasibly do

And little QoL thing working on for right now; haven’t quite ironed out the bugs yet but FINALLY figured out the UI xml to get raiding camp to show slave amounts like vanilla raiding. So we’ll have that sooner than later probably.
