I went ahead and did the deed, the checkered pattern bug is now fixed and I've also added higher quality view model arms from CS: GO! Link for an even further improved version for all survivors: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3049542923

Hi! Could I edit this mod to try to fix the checkered pattern on the gas mask and add better quality view model arms if both you and AlphaGarg are credited?

(so i found the fix to this. In case you're having this problem too, all you have to do is; find the conflicting HUD (yes, HUD) and than disable/uninstall it. And it should return to a normal state.)

so, i found a interesting bug on the og and on this ver. (this could only be for me :skull) so basically what i found is that the c-hands wont work and are the L4d bill hands.

I have no modelling experience so i don't really know how to fix the hands

The models haven't been altered in any way or form so idk what to tell you,in my testing these look fine but if you say it's minor i have nothing to worry about

Also the only issue I have to say is the back of the gas masks seem to be a slight checkered pattern as if it were missing textures but they still are the correct colors so its minor

just a slight question but, with the op's permission are you able to make any tweaks to these models? Like the hands for instance just so they can look a bit better
