If you have missing textures it's probably because of CS Source. Maybe something uses textures from CS:GO and thats why it isn't working properly (I am not 100% sure)

You can only toggle the hallway lights by pressing the blue button in the office. Other than that the lights are not toggleable.

Thanks for your feedback! This is how you get the ending:

To get the ending you have to break the hidden entrance near the office (smack the suspicious looking wall with crowbar or smth). Then you have to find the switch to open the final door which is located in the janitors closet (go through the vents). After you press the button you will hear the final door open and then you can proceed to the ending. Hope it helps :)
