However, for those of you experiencing issues with the vehicle being invisible. This is due to a texture being missing for one of the liveries. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to use the debug/cheat menu to change the livery to another and then it should appear properly.
Alternatively, Suntira's fix listed in the comments is a way to repair this issue on your client-side, which should stop the vehicle spawning with a broken skin.

@Koolaid @WickedSkyler, I would love to release a Charger, but I don't have the time to create a model at the moment. If someone was to provide me with one, then I'd happily implement it into the game.
@NicyRaider, yes, I found that the vanilla vehicles are a little too big. I think there's a universally unspoken rule on car releases for them to be down-sized slightly.

@Hyxth - It already exists! I believe it is a part of the Filibuster Rhyme's Used Car pack
@SneezyAnus - I believe this is intentional, as you reach maximum speed (game limitation) before the car is able to cycle through all of the gears.
