Updated for baseline 6.1 - no obvious changes were needed after some testing; mainly forcing the Mod Manager to change from the warning icon to the green checkmark icon instead

@Helion Halion True, the Ogre Kingdoms DLC does kind of suck at the moment to be honest :meatytears: Here's hoping CA does a nice little rework for them in the future

@Helion Halion you do indeed need the Ogre Kingdoms DLC for this to work; they have a per unit setup behind the scenes that requires DLC access

I checked and re-uploaded for the 3.1 update, and this is still working as expected (without any other mods enabled) It is possible you may have a mod conflict

Does not work with 3.1 patches.
other Legendary Lords cannot recruite maneaters.

Hi, I absolutely love the addition of maneaters to the Vampire Coast/Aranessa and think it's absolutely loreful/thematically fitting, but I'm a little lost by the description, can non-Sartosa VCoast factions recruit living/sartosa units or no? I'm not sure if they're supposed to or not from the image description, but I'd certainly would like to if thata's an option, currently I can recruit maneaters as Luthor Harkon but no living human pirates sadly :(

Heya folks, for those looking for a version that has the following:
- Aranessa is the only Vampire Coast faction that receives these changes
- Sartosan units + Ogres in enhanced garrisons for Port cities
- The other 2 Maneater variations + Leadbelchers

@necos- Definitely not blind! You get that bug with or without this mod installed and you can't see the "Maneaters (Ogre Pistol)" unit card properly. (The spacing is off and it's actually under the Fleet Captain Heroes)

That is a visual bug that CA (should hopefully?) be aware of, so we just need to wait for them to fix it.

Hello everyone!) Completely agree with Reu. Leave the ogres to the Pirates of Sartosa. When the Vampire Coast came out, I liked it all, except for the one that Sartosa was classified as undead. I still can't find an excuse for CA. I really hope that in the future, CA will separate Sartosa from the Vampire Coast, and give us a race-pack in the form of Living Pirates, which can include not only Sartosa, but also pirates that live in Cathay, Arabia, Kingdoms of Ind and Khuresh Coast. Please remove the ogres from the rest of the Vampire Coast factions, and leave the Ogres-Maneaters in the Sartosa faction only. Thanks for reading...)

Yeah I understand, I just really like it more when Sartosa has unique stuff to since it was pretty lacking without mods, so anything they can get is good.

As for adding Ogres, yeah just do the maneaters since they went with pirate ones only, probably should keep those just for Aranessa so they aren't everywhere but Sartosa(who's right next to a ogre faction anyways)

I'd say this mod and the eventual human Sartosa mod would probably be all we need for a decent Sartosa experience in IE :)

@Reu true! I still played Aranessa all the way through with the mod enabled, but I super liked fighting Count Noctilus and seeing him recruit some Ogres here and there too (since this is enabled for enemy VC factions too) I tend to go for creating mods that affect the game pretty broadly though

@Green Ramirez adding even more Ogre units is totally doable! Felt like a bit much to me since it would make playing actual Ogre Kingdoms more redundant the more I added to VC... maybe give it a try and see what it's like

Yeah it was kinda cooler when it was Sartosa only since she really needed stuff like that for the 'non vampire' lord, but I'd def would like her to get Ogg

Awesome, although I kinda dislike giving away something that is supposed to make Aranessa unique, I think this mod is very welcome. I hope you can implement more ogre units (maybe those guys with hand cannons? They kinda fit in) and Ogg for Aranessa. Cheers!
