Had this problem too, but I believe it said that they basically didn't count as part of the empire so you wouldn't get state troops from them.

Can you please add a timer for vassal request?
I'm getting spammed for a Vassal request by Nordland even after saying no, there appears to be no cooldown,.. I don't want to see Norscans this early haha.

does this mod work with the marienburg mod.? i vassalized marienburg but the elector count troop is still locked.? does this work with empire based factions that are not elector counts or just elector counts?.

Can we have the "Summon The Elector Counts" summon our vassal counts? Or grant some other effect if we have turned everyone into vassals? Really awesome mod btw :)

For reference, Drakenhof and Eschen are held by Zhufbar who are defensive allies per comment below. Good to know about low chance, just have to wait it out. A dilemma would be great if/when you get a chance.

They need to be non-empire. The chance of the lm gifting regions is also low, haven't got rh number to hand ATM. Also worth noting, there is no dilemma yet. The region is just gifted. It's on my to-do list

Haven't had any luck on the dilemmas so far. Have a few empire areas (Stirland and Sylvania right now) held by Defensive Allies, but no dilemma to demand they return the land. What/how is this triggered?

Hope you enjoy the mod. It keeps the mechanic alive much longer than the base game race to confederate!

I was hoping that this sort of mechanic would be a part of the Karl Franz rework. I think the choice to either confederate or vassalize adds some replayability and decision making to his campaign.

It reminds me of EU4, where the Emperor of the HRE can eventually get a swarm of vassals comprised of all the member states.

Hey, sorry- I'm a bit busy. I want to update the mod properly but may wait until next DLC, which I think is gonna rework empire.

The mod should be fine. Worst case scenario, load the bugfix mod after mine. I only changed the base game script to make a few tables global.

hi, Prop Joe's mod manager is giving this warning, can you incorporate CA's changes into the mod? I'm deadly afraid of script breaking save game, thanks:

I can confirm this is breaking confederation. I turned it off, got the confederation notice instantly.

vassalization seems to work, but I can't recruit special units. I have "All diplomatic option", if it matters.

Been missing this since TW1. Any potential issues with SFO? I believe SFO influences the empire politics script but I'm honestly not sure.

I have verified that this mod causes a desynchronization error in the multiplayer campaign. Can someone tell me if they have tried it, or if there is a solution?

Vassalization doesn't seem to work for me (For Nordland at least). The button appears (With no hover-over text, don't know if that's normal), I get the +400 prestige, but nothing changes that turn or the next. Though, I am using Mixu's Lords, No Confederation, and revive factions among others, so one of those may have overwritten the politics script.

Guess I'll just work for those Vassals the hard way! The prestige is nice at least.

Nice work. I also thought there should be a vassal option. I hope one day CA allow Empire A.I factions to make each other vassals & for the weaker factions to confed with each other (not just confed with the strongest factions)

This mod is awesome! It really helps out with the current state of the empire. Also I can confirm that the vassal electors will still offer dilemmas and still can be confederated!

For some reason it doesn't work for me. The vassal option during the confederation option, like in the image, simple doesn't appear. The only other mod I am using is the revive factions mod
