Good point! I know what's the problem now. It's not about that table's content though, but the table's name.
The short answer is to change your Chinese table name to an English one (技能群组与事务官关联 to whatever you feel comfortable with).
The “zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz” table is a dummy, I created it because if we add any skills of characters who do not exist in this table, the game will crash. The game's table loading order is alphabetical, so I named it "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" to make it loaded last and not overwriting the original mods'.
But Chinese characters are loaded after "z", so my table will always overwrite yours.
Just checked, it's should be due to numbering conflicts under the "Tier" column of the skill nodes table (the Dragon Slayer's "Dragon Slayer Axe" and "Dragon Heart", to be specific). I can fix it by assigning new numbers to my dumps in the next update.
But this mod usually occupies the Tier numbers 44-48, let me know if you plan to use the same numbers in more new characters, I will create another worksheet for your mod to avoid future conflicts.

I use no mods that change that unit and it behaved exactly like the two bugged Cathay units you just fixed so I reported here.

Please give me a name to look into. The harm will be AI investing points into useless skills (like melee hero getting magic traits).
I would also like to see Passive effect / Embedded Effect and Action Effect but I feel like that would be a fkn mountain of work so I really just wanna be able to always assassinate with hero's lol

Sorry, but this mod's main function is adjusting the rank progression, the skills are just complimentary for dumping your extra points in a useful way. Some hybrid characters like Achaon would easily use up 99 points in vanilla skills, the class-specific dumps may not be meaningful for them in a 1-point version.

It just makes more sense to me that only characters who use ranged weapons with their own hands get the ranged bonus, not those gaining their ranged attacks through mount (e.g. the goblin archers on the giant spider). Sadly Noctilus doesn't belong to that category.

That would be kind of contradictory because this mod aims to prolong the progression rate. 3/4 sp per rank would be too op imo. lol
Did a quick check, this mod actually modifies existing characters (like Empire General) instead of adding new ones, so my mod should naturally support it. Please check and let me know if it doesn't.
