How about "More Megastructure Build Speed" mod?
It let you use high-cost edicts which buff your megastructure build speed +1000%~15000% & Supertensile Materials from job +300&~+3000%
Fixing the above, would also fix the issue of multi-star Systems getting brighter and brighter with every iteration of the situation when stuck in the infinite (cancelable) loop.
Also you can print Stellar Plasma by having 2 Stellar Manipulators in multi-star systems, 1 Harvesting and 1 Injecting would result in -50 and +100 Stellar Mass most of the time... this doesn't seem right...
