Will this mod work on an existing save or do I need a new game?

@KingSolomon I am not quite sure what you are getting at.
The mod decreases the maximum amount of dispersion the 160mm gun ordinarily has.
This is especially noticeable whilst moving, because moving aggressively makes dispersion worse, but now it can't go up that high.
And this is also true for AI Vehicles. They also become more accurate.

does that mean they will shoot while moving or?

enemy ai uses the same attachment as the player so it will work with ai
