Ruina's skin uploader is broken. To fix it you need to remove the decimals from within the files, something I can't change myself anymore.

fixed it. turns out all the decimals are commas so changing that in visual studio is a easy fix.

Unfortunally the skin uploader won't let me fix that. You'll need to download an alternative fix or remove every decimal in the .ModInfo inside the files yourself.
