Mod unfortunately no longer works (at least for me.)

Not compatible with latest update?

Not compatible with 1.2.15. There are a lot of differences in common\scripted_triggers\00_religious_triggers.txt, so I'd avoid this mod until it gets updated.

Dunno, even with Rite tenet and mod enabled it keeps creating new papacies.

thank god, I was so tired of seeing the "test Papacy" before being disappointed.

Please note that the "Restore head of faith" button tooltip has some formatting and localization issues when you hover over it with a faith that has the Rite tenet, but this is something I'm willing to deal with for the moment.

Updated to prevent Rite faiths from creating their own head of faith at all, in order to prevent a very strange bug that can occur after the papacy is dismantled: A faith with Rite could still use the normal "restore head of faith" decision, resulting in an Insular Arch-Abbot who would immediately regain the Papacy and become the Catholic head of faith, despite Catholicism having the "no head of faith" doctrine and the Arch-Abbot not even being Catholic.

Updated to support CK3 1.8.1.

Mod now supports CK3 1.8.0.

The mod doesn't touch Pagan religions. I don't see much reason why they shouldn't have access to Rite, but adding it to them would be a little beyond the scope of this mod.

Does this re-add Rite to pagan religions as well?

Confirmed support for 1.7.2 and updated the mod to reflect that. No actual changes were needed, just a bump in the version number.

I think there are also logical mistakes in the can_pick tenet checks.

I just realized I accidentally deleted a comment from someone asking if this is Ironman-compatible, because Steam's delete button literally doesn't have any confirmation or undo feature!

Unfortunately, no, this wouldn't be Ironman-compatible since it modifies the game's checksum.
