the problem im talking about is the entire Rifle is Bright and not only the parts that are normally glow in the dark

If you think the luminous intensity is not bright enough, you can try to change the $selfillumtint parameter of each vmt file in the material folder in the vpk to "1 1 1" or higher（translated by Google）
