this is a voice pack for another mod, you don't "spawn" them. make a profile within Lambda Players and select a dwarf as the voice pack, then spawn lambda players until the profile appears (or use the debug tool to force one to spawn).

Yes, all voice packs from Zeta Players are compatible with Lambda Players
