I recommend adjusting values in the 'smse_defines' document as desired. I personally prefer lowering the 'cost added per hyperspace jump' to allow for advanced colonies.
Editing the define file has been working fine for me. Love this mod!
Yeah it's working very well to create a huge endless galaxy for RP.
BTW, did you mod in something called Galatron? Quite helpful for that cause...

The AI is doing quite good in my game, so I have to count all my options not to loose against them. Tough game as I'm combining it actually with Large uninhabitable galaxy mod and some other additions, which rises the game level. Very fun and interesting, thank you!
How is it working now? Does the Ai expand enough in 3.5 with this mod?
