due to me being a complete noob I did not manage to replace Olaf so you will have 2 army on the field at the start
To add him to IEE you pretty much only have to add
"or cm:model():campaign_name("cr_combi_expanded")"
in the spawn script so it finds the right campaign. So it pretty much would look like this:
"if cm:model():campaign_name("wh3_main_combi") or cm:model():campaign_name("cr_combi_expanded")"
Hopefully you would add an update for IEE to him as he and the faction looks awesome.

Anyway, "spawn muhut_lord_nurgle" in console help spawn him
Also may you create same thing for Mixu Unlocker with Extended map? Even if I chose this faction in Extended map he spawns as original faction leader, not a Nurgle one.
