How to get favor points when used with Covert Infiltration?There is no guerrilla action only have covert action with the program.But the covert action require influence and the influence are too low to start a covert action.

Pretty sure this is a bridge mod between The Program and Covert Infiltration and thus requires both mods and I don't think Covert Infiltration is compatible with LWOTC due to how both mods heavily affect the overall gameplay. So as to answer your question, probably not.
