Unlikely, as the codes primarily exist so that the cosmetics that directly connect to the mercs' clothes can match the colours.
Because the Boston Watch has clear separation between the Scout's shirt and the cosmetic itself, being a coat over the top of it, colour codes are not necessary for it. It doesn't matter if the shirt's colour doesn't exactly match the cosmetic.
