Mod is still working fine for me. Mod appears as outdated but it doesn't need an update as long as Paradox doesn't do any major changes to how ships work.

This is a great shipset, but why are the corvette and frigate the same thing in both shipsets? Why not take the corvette in one and the frigate in the other so both sets have different ships there?

Thats a good idea actually, someone should make a patch or a new version of this mod that does that.

i really wish these were NSC compatible, even if it meant just copying and pasting what some of the ships look like or something.

regardless, does anyone know of a patch to fill the gap?

Replaces citadel and construction ship with colossus and science ship respectively? I tried to do it but I can't seem to make it work.

@backstage74, Unfortunately the closest is really the klackon IIRC, which are an insectoid hive race, though even theirs are actual spaceships as well.
