If you run standalone... find the DismembermentPlus.json file and find entry for SlowMo and ture its value from true to false.
if you moved it over to your actual inventory just dump it off.
You can't really cut off someones head and have them fight in the next round of a tournament
A while back I had wrote an exception condition to bypass dismemberments on units wearing unsupported armor.
I have lots of ideas.. just short on the primary resource of time.
And no you don't necessarily need the 4 support mods.
I made this capable of working without. Adding the support mods give you in game interface for adjusting settings. If you run stand alone.. then you would need to manually edit a .json file to change the mod settings.
You have to be playing with NPC can die settings but then yes you can chop up the lords n ladies too. If you manage to land a killing blow on the battlefield
or is it all just visual and for fun with no real out of combat change?
Look for it here:

Functionality will not be as refined as later version and you may run into bugs that have been ironed out.
But it is something you could give it a try.
Best choice is to update your game and use latest version of the mod.
"SlowMotion": false,
That is the reason the mod file is larger than most other mods. The item mesh customization.
I don't have access to custom armors that are created by other modders, and none that I know are keen on the idea of handing me their mesh libraries so I can create custom variants of their proprietorial works.
