So i got this to work today. I realised I was silly and downloaded the linux version instead of the windows. Duhh! Also extract the bepin files to the same folder as the game exe...not within a folder within that folder like it prompts you too. The run the game. If done correctly there will then we a config file and plugins folder. Thats where you then install stationlaunchpad. Took me a little bit but eventually figured it out.

I also have a problem with those plugin mods, it seems like I can't get some file(s) generated. I have broken the game multiple times and had to uninstall it and tried different drives, sure I read the instructions and tried my best to follow them and I've gotten to a point where I have just not even a slightest idea about what I could have done wrong. I'm not trying to make myself an advertisement but I've made 5 (kinda 7) programs that work together to control LArRE going through airlocks and changing filters and it has some more features but why I'm saing it is because I think it proves I'm not terrible at understanding computers, so, if you have time, please do let me know what might be the issue. If you, Elmo, find this comment absolutely stupid, you can delete it or ask me to do it.

I have added to my computer but it does not seem to work i have the game on my D dive and added bepinex and sstatineers mods - i see it populate in the workshop and have place in the 1st position on the loading screen but no luck - do i need to do something different because I have some steam games on C drive and some on D drive (including stationeers). I have some other mods that work fine.

apparently it's some version of StationeersMods that's broken. Roll back or get the brand new version.

Unfortunately still seems broken - I've rechecked all the pre-reqs are installed properly and that its showing active in my mods list in the game and refreshed on the workshop. Is there a way that I can check I have the latest version? Thanks for all your efforts.

Temp fix for the mod is downgrading StationeersMods to V1.0.22.

The hotkeys (LSHIFT & LCTRL) don't seem to work on multiplayer (dedicated server). Other than that, love the mod Elmo!

took me this long to notice... STANDARD behavior with the mod active is to paint the whole network, LSHIFT **ONLY** paints the single item...

anyone know how to fix the issue im having...So i got the network painter mod on my linux server... it works in the fact that it paints the whole network, but when you try the other command like Hold Left-Ctrl to do alternating paint, it doesnt work. anyone know what i need to do to get this to work?

Ok... I finally got Bepinex to generate its folders when launching the game. I had to change the path within the doorstop_config.ini file that should be in the same folder as the stationeers exe. my entry for targetAssembly in that file was 'targetAssembly=BepInEx\core\BepInEx.Preloader.Unity.dll'
This does not exist in the version of BepInEx I downloaded but there is a BepInEx.Preloader.dll so I changed the targetAssembly line to
'targetAssembly=BepInEx\core\BepInEx.Preloader.dll'
and the folders where then generated when I started stationeers

Plugins folder is in Stationeers/Bepinex/plugins (will appear after you unzip bepinex zip into game folder and run game once)
Also you can create empty file name "bepinex" in About folder of workshop mod and then StatiineersMods will catch and load it.

not wanting to be difficult, but feeling the need to since the steps above are very basic and seem to require prior knowledge or debugging skills to trial and error the sh*t out of it

1. plugins dir?
can anyone define 'plugins folder'? is that the plugins folder within Stationeers > rocketstation_Data?

2. which dll?
The zip file for Bepinex contains at least 12 DLL files... among other XML files ... any clarification as to which files are needed would be nice

I confirm, it is working with BepInEx and the dll version of this mod.

It is not working with Stationeers.Addons. So if u want use this mod, install BepInEx and get the dll of this mod.

Works fine with latest BepinEx and this DLL. Dunno if you need StationeersMods but I also have that in my Plugins folder.

Same here as merchantlocke. I have BepInEx 5.4.21 installed and the dll in the plugins folder and the log is saying no mods to load. I just installed it so I do not know if there is additional config after that so I will keep looking.

So I have BepInEx installed and copied the dll but I am getting [Info : BepInEx] 0 plugins to load. Should we be using a specific version of BepInEx?

Mod is not working on game version:0.2.4039.19189 (in changelog). Addon mod loader installed, but telling 0 mods are loaded, although the mod is subscribed / enabled. restart game is not helping.

Can anyone tell how can this mod be used on this game version?

Mod is not working. Maybe i make that installation wrong, but i couldn't found a click by click manuel for the installation. Im not a professional guy, so I don't know.

With SeasonsAndWeather and StationeersModsPlugin from Jixxed installed, all savegames load as well.

With the latest beta, only my own savegames load. An error message appears for imported savegames. If I delete the networkpainter.dll all savegames load.

I can confirm also, Mod is no longer working with BeepinEX no Pipe Paint and deconstrution cause a error.

Can confirm, deconstructing items causes a field not found error. Painting pipes also causes a slightly different field not found error, after which painting is impossible.

With the new Performance Powerup update and two hotfixes, when I have this mod installed (BepInEx under Linux) I can't deconstruct items. The deconstruction action yields the part that will be pulled from the item, then the tool animation gets stuck in a loop, and the item being deconstructed is unchanged. After this I am unable to start a new deconstruction task even with a different tool.

It´s not the stationeers.addon loader. I can load your terraforming mod too.
I also tryed BepinEx but it didn´t worked.

@Psychokiller1888 it still works fine. i use it personally on a daily basis. you should check if you have installed the mod loader correctly.
