Sorry if that comes across as tilted, it's just... It's an uphill battle, and not one that feels particularly fair. If I were asking my followers to go out and commit crimes I'd understand the near constant back-alley murders and trials, but I'm just sitting here painting normal, passion-filled things.

If she's going to create evidence out of nothing, then why not have it be weak evidence that never sees trial, or could be used against her? I'm spitballing here because I think the crime system in CS as is is lacking, but the extended edition mod hasn't been working so the hunters chasing receipts isn't an option for me.

So, I've run into a few problems with this mod, namely that the little old lady is an absolute TERROR. For some reason she turns mystique into damning evidence within one round of investigation. I have been cleaning house EVERY opportunity I get, and still with over 5 lots of evidence destroyed, she keeps making more out of nothing.

Mystique generates so frequently in an artist career, meaning that I'm sitting there just painting landscapes and this old lady is dragging people off to be beaten in alleys. I've lost... three followers from her? And with how rarely they're able to be attacked, this means I'm playing defensively for six hours.

I'm sorry, I see what you're trying to do with the mod, and if what I've experienced is it? It's not fun. Thanks but no thanks.
