Its been a long time since I've played vanilla, so I didn't remember if this was a vanilla mission that was just proccing a Chryssalid instead of an advent officer, or if it was modded.
also for some reason the needle reaper keep causing crashes everytime they do an action or just being targetted
I'm looking into methods to reduce the advent-scatter > feral spawn > feral-scatter > feral turn chain. So far everything I have tried doesn't work, but I think I'm getting close to a solution.
Technically they are new units when they "go feral", it kills and recreates them on the correct team, this was the only way to do things without resorting to some seriously bad "mind control permanent swap team but still really only advent" code hackery ...
As they are then 'new' units they get thier 2 actions back, and then it switches to their turn, so they use the actions they have ... I guess that is working as intended. I only had 2-3 quick sessions with the mod to make sure it works, I've done NO balance passes, it might be OP .. but then the Hive is always OP as they could always spawn-scamper-attack anyway?!?

It's on Nexus, they got banned from Steam.
But as others have said, no way you can fix that i think, we prop all have a huge variety of mods installed it would take forever to find the ones being incompatible. With havokscorp question i had to remove it mid campaign and have had no issues with it.
Still wanna say thanks for the mod anyway, because i had some great four way fights with it!
But I have seen it happen firsthand for others, and trust some of the reports below.

I'll leave the mod up in continual [BETA] state, users to use at their risk. I can't see why or how it is causing a crash for people, this essentially does to chryssalids what happens on an Andromedon Death. This just does that on ScamperEnd instead of Killed .. so shrug :(
On the current mission, I'm now at three crashes, so I'm going to disable the mod and load the last geoscape save, so the units on the map will not be affected (as the map hasn't loaded yet).
Every time I launch a lost lure, the game crashes if chrysallids (feral) are active...so I'm not sure if there's some unintended interaction between the lost lure and them. I have disabled ai-to-ai activations, and it's still crashing.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to provide anymore response/fixes until after the festive season (around 5th January), due to IRL commitments ..
I am not sure if it does this mod but it happendet only after this. Before i had only Hive. And sadly something went bad before and i cant change any of my configs because my game vould crash :D
I'll add it to the Known Issues. Thankyou for checking.
