fellow backrooms mapper here. Gotta say I love the take on this map! It's almost like the backrooms got combined with HL2 beta. Very refreshing compared to mine egglords and a few other's backrooms map. I know advice in comments can be a little irritating so I'll just leave a little tip: I noticed you have a custom carpet that uses grass sounds. I'm not sure if it's a stylistic choice but there is a "carpet" surfaceprop you can use in your VMT. Other than that I love how it's constructed. There's some clear talent here compared to a lot of other maps!

The lighting on this is done great. Most maps are way too bright. This looks incredibly real, which I think you were aiming for.
