Unknown voice actor you say? It's obviously Liam O'Brien, cannot mistake that voice! Mostly known for his part in Critical Role, but noteable characters that he has voiced includes illidan from World of Warcraft, The Ghost unit in Starcraft 2 as well as a bunch of misc characters all across games and anime that would take too long to list. I personally remember him from the various characters in Fallout New Vegas that he voiced.

@Rustys_Revenge: Can't say I heard that, but my ears suck. I used all the lines that didn't had any in-game filters (which would be mostly radio comms).
