I did recently just replace my mod list with an older version. I was trying to fix a mod, I noticed many other things were kinds glitchy, but idk. I gotta resub to everything though? :/ damn

Others have not reported any issues, that does look like the game cannot find the texture. It is possible the file is corrupted. You could try resubbing to the mod and see if that helps.
