That will probably work, might not, but it's worth a shot.
Anyways, I like this idea, it makes using towers more viable.
I'm trying to build it on top of the hill that is north to the rebel base on the border zone. The vanilla tower works fine there but this tower immediately crashes when I hit confirm. However it works when I place it anywhere else. Could it be the weird pathing around hills? (cause I'm trying to orientate in a specific way, and it just happens that the entrance ends up facing the edge of the hill)
It should be pretty much impossible for this mod to conflict with anything so I don't think that's the issue.
It would be awesome as I use them right next to my gates alongside station house to have a nice killbox in my bases
As for a patch it's definitely possible but I would say it depends on how the watchtower color swap is accomplised. If it's just a texture swap then the patch can be made very easily.
