Hey, i'm having an issue on my server that all of your car's cannot be repaired even after reading the magazine. is there a known fix or do you know what a likely solution is?

You better do and make it fast. That one line is essentially turning a function into a array, breaking all distributable tables that use that function.

This mod has bug which break a magnitude of mods, particularly the distributable tables
- Sapph's Cooking
- Scrap Armor (new version)
