now im on a new one, rtx 4060, 32 gigs ram, it still does the same lag spiking

It would be nice to have an in-world method of disabling (and re-enabling) the electric fence. Like a transformer that powers the fence that can be disconnected.

The Border isn't aligned with the road, and there's discplacements in the middle of the road making the road texture float

@nixy.master1 : You can read the Valve Documentation or other resources online. To be honest, this is not easy to do, and even less so on such a large map. Also, I didn't released the sources yet. However, you can download the original sources of gm_boreas .

@nixy.master1 : Got it. You can't remove the building or the fences in-game. This can only be done by editing the map an external program (e.g. Hammer or Hammer++).

@Nether Beast72 Cant really be fixed, combine aren't coded to use buttons and I don't think they ever will be.

An issue I have is that whenever I play doing an npc raid (this usually happens with half life 2 npcs such as combines), they cant seem to open the doors that require you to press interact on the keypads next to them (the grey sliding doors).
