Emperor_Geology, Sadly, is not possible, because lot size is too large. Growables can be only 4x4

I love this, just wish it was like a vanilla grow-able instead of a Unique Building. But that is just me.

Such a nice work you're doing, thanks a lot for all of them!
You could use some roof props for dependencies, that are some great packs for water towers, hvacs, air conditions, ducts and most of c:s players here already sub to them. Take a look in most subbed props when you have the time. Thanks again and keep'en coming.
