This is an absolute necessity. Defeating the bosses is nothing compared to having to wait to call the next ones. My boys are ready, bring in the next war queen!

Just tested it with Alpha Mechs. Turns out it just works. Faster summon and cooldown reset.

After some quick thought, I don't think this will give a faster calldown for that mod. It would require a patch the same as I had to do for the base Rimworld mech calldowns.

It might reset the boss calldown timer if they are using the default one.

Bloody hell thank you. I hate the fact I need to wait for summoning them wait for spawning then wait for the cool down. If i'm stupid enough to summon 8 of them make me pay for it don't prevent me.

Oh this mod is such a time saver, Kraltech needs 15 chips from 3 different bosses and that doesn't even count the 15 more chips needed for the transponders to spawn said bosses.

Is anybody else having their dev log spammed with "tick #", with a stack trace leading to this mod? I have a feeling that performance is suffering because of it..

I heard you like summons. So I put some summons in your summons so you can summon while you summon.

Mod updated. The cooldown will now reset shortly after summoning.

You won't be able to summon while a summon is still in progress, but you can summon again just after that first boss touches down.

I've found it but I don't know how to get at it to reset it yet.

It's saved with the variable lastBossgroupCalled and the value gets dropped into the savegame at
<components>
<li Class="GameComponent_Bossgroup">
<lastBossgroupCalled>93142</lastBossgroupCalled>

The summon abilities have a code check in the class Command_CallBossgroup that the current tick is bigger than that value plus 120000 before it will let you use the summon ability again.

Unfortunately at the moment I have no idea how I can get at that value to reset it.

I noticed the cooldown myself in my most recent playthrough. I'll have to do some digging to see if I can find where that value is and where it is being set.

Could you by any chance reduce the time between being able to summon bosses? Now that they are showing up faster, having to wait two days to summon another one feels like an eternity.

been poised to crater a boss with a 21000lb bomb as soon as they show up, was pretty sketchy the first time where I had to just grab people really fast out of the blue, this should help
