Added 12 more spirits.

Made nation-specific spirits visible to all, to improve visibility. Oddly some are still invisible or their effects are not shown in the tooltip window. Spirits have their own code logic for no reason, unlike events.

@Delta its not really a continuation. We most likely share a couple of similar spirits but it was not intentional.

I dont have icons for spirits, because i dont know how to make graphics :(

Yo! tried the mod out, looks great glad someone is continuing the old one. I had no pictures for any of the spirits though, is there just no icons for them right now?

Most are very situational for just majors, so it may be hard to find. Like 1 spirirt only appears if Japan has 1% capitulation to boost core defence. But i plan to add 10 more generic spirits appropriate for minors.
