I really love the idea of going from the Heavy Plate Armor Set mod, to the Armor | Rag Plate mod, and then to this mod, over years of a characters life.

Slowly loosing their armour segments until it is nothing but a pauldron and distant memories.

thank you for sharing that, I disabled the mod but I still had it, I guess I already had it with UWE or another mod and the reason why it was crashing was because of a duplicate instance, I dunno, I still have the armor but not the mod, that fixed it

You're welcome! It's been installed since Feb 1st. I can steal armor from NPCs and wear it without issue. Armor also looks very good and lore friendly.

somehow mongrel's armor shop mainly sells this

so I have to merge it into a new mod, or merge something into it? I never really do that and I'm afraid the entire thing's gonna explode

There is an issue with the mod, but I do not know the fix.

So I remade your mod, removed all links made no change blablabla. Still crash the mod loader.

So merged it into a new fresh mod. Looks like it worked like a charm.
So Might be the saving/compressing part that is corrupted.

Sorry My homies, looks like you made a faulty mod. Had a similar experience when I made a mod myself. Not sure what cause it tho, it can run some what.. but not legit.

Just random crashes when trabelling across the world. I thought it was another issue (Kenshi is full of such problems you now), but when I disabled this mod, that problem dissapeared.

I am not completely sure, but this armor seems to cause crashes. Everything works fine since I've diasbled this mod.

I love it, but for some reason I see it EVERYWHERE and it would be nice if it wasn't as prevalent so far from the swamp.

@Xoatl I actually had the exact same problem but didn't want to take the time to figure out which mod was responsible, so I just scrapped all the recent ones. It's a shame as it's a gorgeous bit of armour (yet so simple)

Hey this is an interesting mod I'd like to try it some time but I am positive after testing that this mod causes the Kenshi Mod Manager to freeze and not respond for ever basically crashing. I know its this one because I tried with or without it touching no other mod in the process and without it the mod manager sorts with no problem. I suspected it was this one and not others mainly because when I would look over the list it was highlighted in red as if its missing another required mod before it but obviously as you know this mod requires no other mod to work. Therefore it leads me to believe the issue this mod has is an error related to setting mod requirements. Possibly take a look at that and make sure its empty.

It might be interesting to create a variant of the Armored Rags this way too... Armored Rags with different arms. I wonder if you could do a variant of Armored Rags + Rag Shirt (sleeve) or mix it up as you have already... reminds me of that Swordsmans Rags a little bit too, which I use all the time.

That is my least favorite shoulder pad design. Almost reminds me a little bit of Hockey gear. Eh - I wonder if you could add a more appealing variant with a different shoulder pad. Nice concept art. 10/10

Not bad. If I were you I'd take the texture and color from the Assassins Rags and apply it to the metal of the other armor pieces. Also, the upper armor that connects the shoulder pad to the neck is very ugly. I'd edit that out completely if I were you.
