@Fenyx I think it might be something with the UI. As a temporary fix, I removed the mod's country information UI (which shows how many nukes the other country have).

Can you add new logging camp pms? At some point your country gets too developed and they stop being profitable.

its bugged when i select a country to start some diplomacy. So cant interact with other countries.

@Mr.Wolf Yes sorry for not getting back earlier, these few weeks are incredibly busy. The idea is that AI always subsidize power plant and making them weaker than they should be.

@Loti that is supposed to be enabled if "the world is destroyed" and when you have nuclear winter harvest condition in all states. If you don't want to start a nuclear war and roll the chances, you can use game rules to "destroy the world" at a time you wish.

if you wanted to make some images that fit v3's art style. You can use imagen 3 using "labs.google/fx/tools/image-fx" then the following prompt "Create a digital painting of a (subject) in a painterly illustration style, with visible, expressive brushstrokes and soft, naturalistic lighting. Use a muted but harmonious color palette, with textured surfaces and a hand-painted look reminiscent of traditional oil or gouache techniques. The composition should feel immersive and narrative-driven, with subtle shading and atmospheric depth. Emphasize artistic texture, blended tones, and a balanced layout to evoke a classic, timeless aesthetic."

Hi, when i use this mod it doesn't let me build farms for example grain or cotton it's like if they didn't exist and i can't do anything.
I tried removing some mods but it's still the same and it really pisses me off since i love this mod
Love the mod! just played a Germany game until like 1925, and managed to get near 50 SOL with over 200mil pops. I loved going through my economy and uprooting all my agricultural and rural buildings to replace them with vertical/submerged farm and offshore drilling for maximum pop efficiency.

@Whatups create a new mod. Then, open HoA's map files. You can find it using Launcher->all installed mods-->Find Heart of Appalachia --> Three dots to the right --> show in folder. Copy the map_data folder into your new mod file, and play as you wish.
If you need a more procedural generated maps, I wrote a Python script to randomly generate map files. You can find it under Map Playground.

@yo mama fav boy The mod made changes to map files to create radioactive ore deposit. If you have other mod that changes map settings, you would need to load this mod LAST (bottom of your playlist, or at least below mods that changes maps)

this mod is terrifying, as you gradually progress your people slowly lose their human characteristics, with soldiers eventually becoming unthinking killing machines, and in progress you destroy the ecosystem and nukes can speed up this process, and sometimes even global effects of your actions are felt, in non-industrialized nations you can nuke a nation thousands of miles away and those poor boys are thrown into a famine due to world wide global conditions caused by your actions. GMOs go wrong and create mutated monsters and they roam, the sky is blackened and the ozone layer gets pierced, the rivers are overflown with algae, humans lose their humanity and can barely even be called human by the end of the tech tree. This mod is very thought provoking and makes you ask the question, is progress worth it if humans lose their humanity, the ecosystem destroyed and animals mutated beyond recognition in the name of progress?

@Fenyx this mod does not work with mods that changes the map. Alternatively, try putting the mod in the bottom of your playset, or below any mod that changes the map.

Hi, no, only this mod is activated. I loaded an earlier save (around 1870), and everything worked fine again. No more crashing. It might have been some random bug related to the original game. Thanks for your help!

@Zargachi As a workaround, I would use a "Dummy" as prerequisite of the banned techs, which cannot be researched, but would be available to you and/or AI only through clicking a decision. I would expect to roll out update later the week but before new DLC drops.
