That includes the breaching animations.
The mod Steam image is intentionally blurred for better clarity within the in-game mod menu.
Compatibility fix. It should now be possible to use these uniforms with certain mods.

Appreciate it. And to answer your question, yes and no. To get quality results, the colors need to be separated enough. Currently, the only way to do that is either by manually coloring them or masking them off in some way first. I used 'Color Replace' for these later ones but the LAPD uniforms were done manually in order to allow for it.
Shield-class helmet flickering corrected.
Also, Breacher and Pointman classes slightly darkened.
