I found it in a car crash in Louisville so it can spawn sometimes naturally or maybe a mod i have changes it spawns but i havent found it anywhere else at all

also i would def reccomend increasing it HP by alot

The spawning error might be that the spawnlist is in the lua/server/Vehicle map instead of the lua/shared folder.
