Penguin, go into your console and type mat_specular 0 and wait until it says "Redownloading all lightmaps" or something along the lines of that, then see if it stops the missing textures, maybe specular lightmaps don't exist in this map due to the beta versions of HL2 being really dark and gritty, if it doesn't work or help, just get to mounting games or something.

Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other profiles on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best of your life

There are some missing textures, mostly in the windows and out-of-map buildings. But the rest of the map is fine,

@Born To Snacc Sorry to hear that, but I really don't know how this keeps happening on some people. You can always try out the original mod that had this map but dunno if its worth downloading a specific source engine version just to run it

This was always my favorite beta leak map, it really encapsulates an abandonned city. Not to mention the fast headcrabs can run through the shallow water hinting at what their original evolutionary design goal was.

For whatever reason I'm having massive lighting issues and missing textures with this map. Willing to share screenshots, but I don't have anything that could possibly be causing conflicts with this map. Bummed out because it looks really cool and I was looking forward to exploring it.

its a shame Valve ditched this direction with the finished release. This version heavily remind me of the fucked up world of Tiberian sun. same clouds as well
