FutureClimax 20 May @ 6:45am
Hi, I don't think this works anymore. Would appreciate an update!
Ced 26 Nov, 2024 @ 8:40am
I believe so.
Arvess 26 Nov, 2024 @ 7:22am

It works fine for me, but I think most people look at the descriptor in the launcher to determine support. So maybe you can "update" the mod with no changes but set the stellaris version to 3.7.*. Thanks for making the mod :)
Rylasasin  [author] 26 Mar, 2023 @ 11:48am
does it not work with 3.7? I thought terry just said that it does work since, well, it's only 2 files big and doesn't change a whole lot.
anti4rist 26 Mar, 2023 @ 10:54am
when 3.7?
Terrillian 16 Mar, 2023 @ 11:49am
Just so yall know it works perfectly fine in 3.7 cuz its not like it changes anything
Terrillian 28 Feb, 2023 @ 2:51am

Rylasasin  [author] 28 Feb, 2023 @ 2:30am
Shouldn't be.
Terrillian 28 Feb, 2023 @ 1:15am
Is the birch world only have limited districts? I built like 30 after i completed it then it wouldnt let me go any further.

Hyperfast version is now out. Enjoy crashing your economy. :steammocking:
{!} 21 Feb, 2023 @ 4:06pm
Surely nothing bad will happen from me doing that.
{!} 21 Feb, 2023 @ 4:06pm
*me heading into the "common" file to add a 0 to the end of each progression speed.*
Rylasasin  [author] 21 Feb, 2023 @ 3:25pm
Or you could set it to low and play it like playing fastest on the original, but with far less paranoia and headache due to being gimped on mats and influence.
doctornull 21 Feb, 2023 @ 3:18pm
The funny thing is this acceleration demands more skill -- the early mineral crunch is a legit problem -- while the original pace just feels like Void Dwellers with extra steps.

But at this pace, the crunch pays off in time to matter.

Based.

I tried to like birch world but alderson disk output is just significantly higher

doctornull 20 Feb, 2023 @ 4:24pm
This is much less frustrating than the original. Good stuff.
Orlais 20 Feb, 2023 @ 1:23pm
1+ for Hyperfast version :D
†MLS† KIRINAS ';,†,;' ;,,; 20 Feb, 2023 @ 8:56am
Gotta go fast.
crgzero 19 Feb, 2023 @ 1:32pm
Thanks, I was waiting to have some spare time to see if I could do something like this myself.

I tried to play legit but I was only halfway through the "story" by midgame and was seriously lagging behind everyone else in tech and fleets. (was trying to play a one world setup like I had in previous incarnations of this origin. )
Argus von Stein 19 Feb, 2023 @ 10:30am
Thanks a lot! I really hated the way they did birch world in...
Killer Tamashi 18 Feb, 2023 @ 10:02pm
I would love a hyperfast version
Garr Incorporated 16 Feb, 2023 @ 1:45pm
For some reason with all the mods me and my friend had we have ourselves an interesting situation that this mod may have been able to rectify. By the time midgame crisis rolled around, I had only done about middle of stage 5 of the birch world exploration. Which feels foolish, considering the roadblocks existing for sections 7 and 9 are unnecessary: we have dark matter weaponry at this stage.
At this point it's unlikely we will use the same amount of mods - it is impossible to make Stellaris load the same checksum every time reliably, and that wastes about two hours of our play time. But this is a mod I would keep in mind for my later escapades. If I get around to that, that is...
samsockeater 16 Feb, 2023 @ 11:34am
cheers, i often end up having to start over due to lag/crashes/game shitting itself, so getting to play with the birch more regularly will be nice
thierry 15 Feb, 2023 @ 3:55pm
yup love description
Reianor 15 Feb, 2023 @ 1:52am
Priceless description, 10/10, would rofl again.
